Behavior Services

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior: Specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Functional Assessment & Intervention: A comprehensive approach to identifying problem behaviors and their function.  Reinforcement strategies are developed to increase replacement behavior in conjunction with decreasing identified problem behaviors. 
• Behavior Analysis Services: Assistance to the individual to learn new behaviors, to increase appropriate/replacement behavior, to reduce existing inappropriate behavior and to emit behavior under precise environmental conditions. 
• Behavior Support Assistant: The performance of one-on-one activities related to the delivery of behavior analysis. 
• Behavior Mentoring/Companion: Program in which a child or teen will be matched with a positive role model. 
• Community Skill Training: Individualized training activities provided to an adult or child.  These activities are age-appropriate and geared to enhancing the acceptable individual behaviors. 
• In Home Support/Personal Care: The support worker provides personal care and may assist with or perform activities of daily living and other duties necessary to maintain the individual. 
• Supported Employment: Training and assistance in a variety of activities to suppor the individual in sustaining paid employment.  Assistance with the acquisition, retention or improvement of skills related to maintaining employment.
